I was beyond thrilled to be able to photograph beautiful Leah at one of her favorite places, (Equestrian Learning Center in Deatsville, AL) doing what she loves best with her favorite horse Barron.  Leah reminds me of my daughter a lot in the way she exudes a strong, beautiful and sometimes sassy presence. :) At first, Leah was not exactly thrilled with her dress or being in front of the camera. (I've experienced this many times with my own daughter.)  As we got to know each other a bit she became more and more comfortable and once we brought Barron into the picture she just lit up. I would even say she surprisingly enjoyed this shoot! It amazing what animals can do for people.

I feel so fortunate and am very grateful to be able to capture moments like these for families.
