My daughter recently turned 9 and I was determined to do a full photoshoot with her! Taking pictures of my kids is not an issue- it's the actual full photoshoot that seems to pose some difficulties. It's much easier to photograph other children! Why? Because they listen to me better and they don't seem to get so frustrated with me- when I say "One more...wait go back..no smile"!!! And then I say "one more" many more times! The boys are pretty much over the whole photoshoot thing- but, I haven't given up on them yet!! :) While living in Prattville, AL those boys will have a full photoshoot!!! 

So, as you might have learned from my last blog post, I've formed a working relationship with Nathalie from Equestrian Learning Center in Deatsville, AL (which I am SO extremely excited about)! I'm now going to be allowed to use her property for photoshoots!! YAY!!! Nature, horses, beautiful textures- what a perfect backdrop for great images!! So, who better to try this on then my own daughter- who needed her pictures done anyway!! Paige was so happy during this shoot- which lasted over an hour!! She was so patient and cooperative- I know the horses had a lot to do with that! At the end Paige got a HUGE reward which she did not know was going to happen. She got to ride on one of the horses!! Oh my!! She was thrilled!!! What a great time I had with her on this beautiful Alabama late afternoon!!! I look at these pictures and I could just cry. I do realize how fortunate I am to have such a beautiful and healthy family. I am grateful everyday for all of it- the ups and the downs! I am also so grateful to be able to have a job that is my passion and a husband that is 100% supportive of my dreams and goals.
