I had such a great time working with the Dwyer family. I just love working with fellow military families as I always find there is an immediate comfort with them. We decided to do the family photo shoot at Cooters Pond and Park in Prattville. I would have to say this is my very favorite place to take family photos in a nature setting. This family did really well with picking out their clothing for the shoot. I just love the color scheme going on in these images. The right clothing is so important when doing family photos as it can really change the whole look, feel and style of the images. 

During this shoot their daughter wanted to hold on to her little stuffed raccoon the whole time. OF course the parents didn't necessarily want the raccoon in every picture. So, I put my kid skills to use and  came up with some pretty clever ways to compromise with her. Lets just say that raccoon spent some time on top of my head! :) In the end everyone was happy and the pictures turned out just beautiful!!
